Gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u chung \u2013 B\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh Lu\u1eadt 911 (MiCA)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Trong c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt 911<\/strong> \u2013 t\u1ee9c Regulation (EU) 2023\/1114<\/span><\/span> (MiCA)<\/strong> \u2013 c\u00e1c Recitals cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng t\u1eadp trung v\u00e0o c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf th\u1ef1c thi v\u00e0 gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u1ebfu c\u00e1c Recital (113)\u2013(114) x\u1eed l\u00fd v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 chuy\u1ec3n ti\u1ebfp v\u00e0 s\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t ph\u00e1p l\u00fd gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c qu\u1ed1c gia th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean, th\u00ec Recital (115)<\/strong> chuy\u1ec3n sang m\u1ed9t tr\u1ee5 c\u1ed9t quan tr\u1ecdng kh\u00e1c:<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1ed1 c\u00e1o (whistleblower protection) trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c crypto-asset.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I. Tr\u00edch nguy\u00ean v\u0103n ti\u1ebfng Anh<\/span><\/h1>\n

(115)<\/strong> Whistleblowers should be able to bring new information to the attention of competent authorities that helps them in detecting infringements of this Regulation and imposing penalties. This Regulation should therefore ensure that adequate arrangements are in place to enable whistleblowers to alert competent authorities to actual or potential infringements of this Regulation and to protect them from retaliation. That should be done by amending Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council (23) in order to make it applicable to infringements of this Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
