To ensure the orderly functioning of markets in crypto-assets, crypto-asset service providers operating a trading platform for crypto-assets should have detailed operating rules, should ensure that their systems and procedures are sufficiently resilient, should be subject to pre-trade and post-trade transparency requirements adapted to the markets in crypto-assets, and should set transparent and non-discriminatory rules, based on objective criteria, governing access to their platforms. Crypto-asset service providers operating a trading platform for crypto-assets should also have a transparent fee structure for the services provided to avoid the placing of orders that could contribute to market abuse or disorderly trading conditions. Crypto-asset service providers operating a trading platform for crypto-assets should be able to settle transactions executed on trading platforms on-chain and off-chain, and should ensure a timely settlement. The settlement of transactions should be initiated within 24 hours of a transaction being executed on the trading platform. In the case of an off-chain settlement, the settlement should be initiated on the same business day whereas in the case of an on-chain settlement, the settlement might take longer as it is not controlled by the crypto-asset service provider operating the trading platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00e0nh n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng giao d\u1ecbch ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 quy t\u1eafc chi ti\u1ebft v\u1ec1 v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh<\/strong>, c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd r\u1ee7i ro, v\u00e0 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ecbu l\u1ed7i v\u00e0 t\u1ea5n c\u00f4ng m\u1ea1ng<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
