(77) A fin de permitir a las autoridades competentes realizar un seguimiento adecuado del mercado de criptoactivos y garantizar una aplicaci\u00f3n coherente del presente Reglamento, debe establecerse un mecanismo de notificaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n entre las autoridades competentes y la Autoridad Europea de Valores y Mercados (ESMA).<\/span><\/p>\n

Dicho mecanismo debe abarcar en particular los casos en los que los proveedores de servicios de criptoactivos desarrollen su actividad en m\u00e1s de un Estado miembro o cuando los criptoactivos se ofrezcan al p\u00fablico en m\u00e1s de un Estado miembro o se solicite su admisi\u00f3n a negociaci\u00f3n en una plataforma de negociaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este mecanismo debe reforzar la supervisi\u00f3n y facilitar la identificaci\u00f3n de los nuevos riesgos para la protecci\u00f3n de los inversores, la integridad del mercado y la estabilidad financiera.<\/span><\/p>\n

(77) In order to enable competent authorities to monitor the crypto-asset market appropriately and ensure consistent application of this Regulation, a notification and cooperation mechanism should be established between competent authorities and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).<\/span><\/p>\n

That mechanism should in particular cover cases where crypto-asset service providers operate in more than one Member State or where crypto-assets are offered to the public or admitted to trading in more than one Member State.<\/span><\/p>\n

This mechanism should enhance supervision and facilitate the identification of new risks to investor protection, market integrity and financial stability.<\/span><\/p>\n
